Immerse yourself in a unique experience combining freediving and yoga, specially designed for beginners. Through this workshop, open to all, we invite you to cultivate an open mind, make room for curiosity, and explore new sensations: the connection between breath, movement, and silence.
In a caring and soothing atmosphere, you will discover how yoga prepares the body and mind, and how freediving reveals an unexpected depth of inner calm. A moment to slow down, refocus, and open the door to a more intimate relationship with yourself and your breath.
