Private classes
Are you looking for a personalised yoga experience that's tailored to your unique needs and interests? Private classes are the perfect choice for you.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I will work with you to develop a practice that meets your goals and fits your schedule.
I offer private classes, Yin or Hatha, in which you'll receive my full attention and the opportunity to learn and practice at the pace you desire.
I also offer personalised programs, in forms of 3 or 5 sessions, that I see as a co-construction. We will define goals and grow together, in the direction that you desire, whether it’s physical strengthening, flexibility, working on specific asana and alignment, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation techniques or even going deeper and understanding yoga philosophy and its practices.
If you wish to work on what I call a mind-body goal, for example stress relief or better emotion management, this offer is also for you. By using the breath and the body we can efficiently reduce stress, feelings of anxiety and tension. We can learn to become more aware of our thoughts and emotions, how to regulate them and therefore improve overall mental and physical well-being.

Classes can be taught in person or online, or a hybrid program. They can also be given in English or French.
