This is my yoga journey description.
Hatha yoga combines physical postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) to balance body and mind. By using movement and breath, we quiet the mind, which is the ultimate goal of yoga. Hatha yoga builds strength, flexibility, and balance while relieving stress. We hold poses for stillness but also incorporate vinyasa for dynamic flow. Through practice, we cultivate awareness, focus, and self-discipline, deepening our connection to ourselves and the world. I aim to create challenging, fun, and balanced classes that help you cultivate a state of inner peace, well-being and joy.
